Our nationally accredited cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) renewal course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to recognise emergencies and perform potentially lifesaving CPR in accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.
CPR is an employability skill, as well as an important skill to help family and friends. Workplace health and safety regulations state an employer must ensure an adequate number of workers are trained to administer first aid at the workplace.
To perform CPR workers should hold a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
You will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the accredited unit of competency HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
This unit of competency was previously known as HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Our CPR certificates are recognised by employers in every Australian state and territory.
